Absolutely! Our workshops are perfect for beginners. Everyone is welcome, no prior experience needed.

What’s included in a workshop?

All our workshops include all materials, tools, snacks, drinks and guidance from the instructor. Just bring your creativity, we take care of the rest!

Do we get to keep the pieces we make?

Yes! You can take home everything you create during the workshop. Each piece is yours to enjoy.

How long does it take for the pieces to be ready for pick up?

You get to take your piece home on the same day! No waiting required, your creation is ready to enjoy right after the workshop.

Are the workshops in Portuguese or English?

Our workshops are offered in both Portuguese and English.

Can I cancel my workshop class?

You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before the workshop by emailing us.

Can I book a private workshop?

Yes! Private workshops are available for groups, team building, birthdays, bachelorette parties, and other events. In our space, we can host up to 8 people, but we also offer workshops at venues or homes. Contact us via email to arrange your session.

What should I expect when I arrive at the workshop?

To make the most of the experience for yourself and everyone else, please arrive 15 minutes before the start time. Your instructor will welcome you, show you around the space, and provide all materials and instructions. Then it’s time to get creative and enjoy every minute!

How can I get a gift card to offer someone?

Gift cards can be purchased directly on our website. They are sent digitally to your email.

I received a gift card. How do I schedule a session?

Simply email us at info@createlier.pt or follow the instructions on your voucher to book the workshop that suits you best.
